Retail fixtures, custom furniture, shelving, draft beer handles, giant Jenga sets, memorial urns, retirement gifts — most of what we make starts as a conversation about something specific you needed. Tell us what you're picturing, share any inspiration, and we'll figure it out together.

Custom projects are conversations, not transactions. We work through the design with you before any wood gets touched.

In 3-5 business days we'll email back with questions, a quote, and a rough timeline.

Approve a proof

Once you're in, we send a digital proof of the design for your approval before any cuts are made.

We make it

Pay by e-transfer and we get to work. Pickup in Willoughby, or we ship Canada-wide.

What are you picturing?

Tell us as much or as little as you have. What's the occasion? Who's it for? Any words or names you want carved? Don't worry about being polished — bullet points and run-on sentences are both totally fine.
02 — Inspiration

Got photos or ideas to share?

Pinterest screenshots, Instagram saves, rough sketches, photos of something similar you've seen — anything that helps us picture what you want. The more we see, the better we can match what's in your head.

Do you have a logo or graphic to include?

If the project involves your business logo, a family crest, an existing illustration, or any specific graphic, send it along. Vector files (SVG, AI, PDF) etch the cleanest, but high-res PNG or JPG also works.

04 — Size & timeline

Any rough dimensions or a deadline?

Don't worry if you don't know — we can advise. But if you have a wall space, a frame, a gift size, or a hard deadline in mind, share it now and we'll factor it into the quote.
Width, height, or both. Even ballpark is helpful.
If there's a hard deadline (event, anniversary, birthday) tell us upfront.
